I appreciate the ATM being there as I needed access to one and Bank of America is reputable and I don’t know if they were working with restricted space, but this was by far one of the hardest ATM drive throughs to navigate; especially in a truck. It was an extremely tight lane to pull through. You know it’s bad when you have to tuck in your side view mirrors!
i had an appoinment set up and went on time, the nank was crowed beyond belief, Lorena Merchan went out of her way to help everyone and still meet me at the exact momnet i was supposed to meet, she handled my grave issue expertly and with proffesionalism anytime i go to bank of america in virginia im going to his branch i was treated great and lorena made an impact on me and in my life thank you
