I want to recommend the assistant Lorena Merchán; she is very kind, efficient, and best of all, she speaks Spanish and English very well.
Ms Amelia is awesome she’s caring, professional, and very patient ,she was able to maintain her feelings even when the computer was freezing and she had a line of customers she treated each person with respect and apologized for the long wait.The other staff members are great also.
Pretty rude when i was trying to cash a pay check. Made me feel like i printed it myself with their whispers. No one would tell me what was going on. Also asked why i don’t bank with them. Weird.
