Unfortunately, bad experience
This branch is horrible!!! You make an appointment but they don’t keep it and they don’t notify they aren’t keeping it. If I could close my account I would. As soon as I can I will. Waste of my damn time and gas!!!!!
Everytime I come on a Saturday the line is literally out the door, only 2 tellers working and a 3rd just counting money and not helping the huge line. I wish there was a better bank closer. And as I am standing here both tellers are now at one window. This is ridiculous.
Why do yall only have two tellers every given Saturday? Navy federal always has all of their windows open.
