I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of customer service I received at your branch today. After waiting in line for an extended period, I was turned away by Teller Kelly B., with support from her colleague Gal, when attempting to deposit a check made out to me into my business account. Closed at three fifty p m on a wednesday afternoon. Sign said they were closed due to circumstances beyond there control. Shame.Â

This branch is horrible!!! You make an appointment but they don’t keep it and they don’t notify they aren’t keeping it. If I could close my account I would. As soon as I can I will. Waste of my damn time and gas!!!!!Â
