I stopped by yesterday afternoon as I was in need of a bank statement for my deceased Mom's account. I am the Estate Administrator. All the paperwork was already on file but I brought extra copies just in case. I waited in line for 10 minutes. I waited 10 minutes in front of the teller. The teller mumbled things under her breath and clearly was not happy that I was there. She finally proceeded to ask me to take a seat in the lobby as she started taking on new customers.
