最近真的被美国银行（Bank of America）恶心到了。 我一直都是一个非常守信用的客户，用了他们的信用卡四年，从来没有逾期，还经常提前还款，完全没有任何违规操作。结果某天他们突然就把我的信用卡账户关了，没有提前通知，连个像样的解释都不给，只是模糊地说“出于风控考虑”。 我去申诉，他们不但不解释，还把我辛苦累积的积分全部没收了。最离谱的是，我投诉之后，他们现在还打算把我的储蓄账户也一起关闭！ 讲真的，我没做错任何事，只是因为他们觉得我不够“赚钱”——因为我没给他们赚到利息和罚金。他们不欢迎负责任的客户，只想从你身上薅羊毛。 如果你也在用美国银行，或者考虑要开账户，请慎重考虑。这家银行表面上说是为了安全，实际上根本不把客户当回事。
