I manage a buissness and going to the bank can be difficult during our hours. Daniel always make sure that I am in and out quickly, they always show they value your time here.
This bank location has the most inconvenient hours. Not even open for a few hours on a Saturday.
Tony is unhelpful. He is short and hostile when talking to customers and it seems like he doesn’t want to do his job and just wants to pawn us off elsewhere. When a customer finally reaches a person and not an automated system, we should expect to be helped. Please train this associate again or fire him.
I’ve never had a problem here and I’ve been banking with them for almost 10 years. I recently went in and Tony Camp was working and he was amazing! Very friendly and made the process of what I was there for so easy. They also have Spanish speaking bankers here for those who prefer Spanish so that’s amazing too. Thanks, Tony!
We went to this location to cash an insurance check we received. Due to the large amount, we decided to open a savings account. Despite the short staffing issues, Lizette handled everything with professionalism, courtesy while we waited. My wife and I were very pleased with the service. My hat is off to all personnel. Thank you very much!!!
