This branch is amazing!
The manager needs to learn how to deal with customers, especially when they are disappointed. And upset . After more than 15 years of dealing with Bank of America, this is the most disappointing visit that I made .
Wow, the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Closing my account immediately.
I recently brought my elderly mother to this branch to get a document notarized for her small monthly pension she receives from Germany. She and my father have been doing this yearly at various banks for 30 years without any issue. The last couple of years it was notarized at this specific branch. The bank manager informed us that he could not notarized it since there are additional languages on it besides English.
