I had gone to the bank before 5 o’clock and they’re already close very disappointed because to me that its still early of a day.. do you still have a drive-through open a team open lobby be open till 6:00 PM every day, now I don’t even know.
We have banked with BOA for our personal and business accounts for a very long time. I can say that the team at the Shawnee branch is very attentive and helpful with the needs we have. BJ, Susanne, and Joel always go above and beyond to support any 'debacle' I have, and thoroughly explain any barriers or obstacles in a clear and concise manner.
I manage a buissness and going to the bank can be difficult during our hours. Daniel always make sure that I am in and out quickly, they always show they value your time here.
This bank location has the most inconvenient hours. Not even open for a few hours on a Saturday.
Tony is unhelpful. He is short and hostile when talking to customers and it seems like he doesn’t want to do his job and just wants to pawn us off elsewhere. When a customer finally reaches a person and not an automated system, we should expect to be helped. Please train this associate again or fire him.
