Staff are very helpful, accommodating. It's a shame Boa chose to shut down this location when the one in Gallatin should've been the one that needs to close. Staff there are lazy and unhelpful. Always full of arbitrary excuses. Whereas, this location took care of a service I needed, unavailable at the Gallatin location. Can you believe that? Called 5 times Saturday morning got no answer at all This is after boa applied 20,000 payment to the wrong account ..i drive all way here from east Nashville 20 mins walk in not 1 customers I ask girl is yalls phone not work ..she says it hasn't rang I showed her my call log and all she can say is im sorry ....boa is the worst bank in America no question horrible accountability horrible customer service
Why do y'all have a phone if none of your locations answer the phones? Literally called like 12 different locations today several times and no answer
I went to the bank today with a special circumstance and Tina really went out of her way to help me out. I've been a Bank of America customer for 21 years and this is why I will continue to do all of my banking and lending needs with Bank of America.
Been a loyal customer for 24 years no issues in fla. Had great service in orland pk Illinois The galantin location is sad. Yes. 1 clerk on week end You wait have to make an appointment they don’t answer phone.well my issue istarted in January was getting 25.00 fees didn’t know why there manger said don’t worry I will take care of this.
