I have been a customer for over 15 years, ran into some trouble and wife needed to take out MY MONEY , and this branch on battlefield refused me my money and insisted it was a scam. At the end of the day we had to go to my other bank break into a CD, pay a penalty, to get enough money I needed to pay a bill. A bank who will not give me my money in a time of need is garbage, and after we close a dispute with this bank I will be closing it out. And that manager that is in there, she needs to be fired asap. This location is always great! The branch Manager, Tracey, is phenomenal. She goes out of the way to greet each guest and assists her team with getting guest in-and-out in a timely manner. Especially during the holiday season. I would recommend everyone to visit this location.
I’ve been a BOA customer from it’s infancy and introduction to the State of Maine when they took over the Fleet Banks. I’ve been a loyal customer to these institutions for over 45 years and in the past I have been very satisfied with their service. The lady at the counter with glasses smiled at other customers but ignored me, an Asian. I can see your attitude on your face.
Just not even remotely helpful. Didn’t even feel like they were trying to fake being helpful.
