Horribly slow service, especially from supervisors or managers, who don't care if their lack of effort hurts a customer is their specialty. It's one thing to be slow or badly trained, but it's overwhelming that their apathy is obvious & astounding. I've occasionally dealt with this location for 45 years & their bad habits, mistakes & attitudes remain, regardless of the people involved.
My sister has advanced demitia. She had an account at this bank that was closed several years ago. I am her POA & gave them a copy of the POA. I simply need a letter stating that the account is closed and has a 0 ballance! I've been trying to get this letter for 7 weeks. I've also visited several times, waiting several hours to talk to someone & left many voicemails. I asked to see the manager this time for this letter is needed for my sister's Medicaid Insurance! Tried to get my deceased brother's account closed, had death certificate and everything. Two hours later they said they didn't know how to do it and sent me to another branch. This branch office is a joke.
