I visited this location a week ago, and Banker Sharday immediately greeted my husband and me with premier customer service. I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and her extensive knowledge regarding Payable on Death (POD) accounts. Horrible experience, I went to two branches of Bank of America, and they said they couldn’t exchange my euros to USD because the person that does it isn’t there, I was sent to this branch the second I asked the guy at the front he said no that person also isn’t here. I asked for further explanation because I was obviously frustrated. The customer service is terrible. If you have to go inside the bank, be prepared to wait and wait in line. On a Friday afternoon, only 2 windows were open & each transaction took a very long time. The female teller moved with all the urgency of cold molasses. Would recommend you find another bank.
Sharday has the worst attitude. It's very obvious she does not like women...every time I go in there I see her all smily and nice to the men but as soon as I walk up I don't get a greeting, a smile, a thank you, nothing and I come in several times a month for business deposits. This location overall has issues with poor service.
