I went into this location for the first time in my life today. When I finally get to the teller (Rojelio) I could tell he was already agitated. Maybe he had a long day. Maybe he’s dieting and cranky. I don’t know. All I know is Rojelio was rude and condescending to say the least. I am a business owner. A client wrote me a check for payment and since I was in the area; I decided to cash the check at this location and possibly open an account. It was working. That's all I could ask for!
Unbelievable that BOA locations closed today because of weather....I had an important package being fedex'd there and now its sitting on a fedex desk waiting to be delivered tomorrow. Meanwhile, other banks are open. Totally unsat!
