I arrived with my American passport and had a small problem with the additional document they require. At first, I brought a foreign driver's license, but it was not accepted. The most incompetent employees that ever existed. I’ve had to come in 3 times during my work hours to get something done and it still hasn’t happened. Said it wasn’t my fault but they are sorry. I’ve called, they said the manager would call me back, never did. Never answered the phone again. It’s worth driving to Nashville to actually get what you need done correctly.
