Stay away from this branch. Always under staffed, always long lines, and they couldn’t figure out how to open a business account when a different branch did it in 20 minutes. This place is a joke
Let me start by saying, the staff always does a wonderful job here. Now, on to the two bad parts. They're ATM is a complete piece of trash, wouldn't even accept cash for me to be able to cover a payment I made, causing me to drive 14 miles round trip to go somewhere else. Now their business hours are 10:00 to 4:00 Monday through Friday. How do you expect anyone to function with these hours. Seriously considering moving my entire family's banking to somewhere that actually has legitimate banking hours with adequate people on ... read more
