I opened a business account, $100.00, sounded great, then had client deposit money, ok, then went to withdraw part, everything stopped with zelle, the VP Raphael should know, you need a different email or phone for business account, so 5 business days later, im being told I might wait 16 or more days, so, I'm opening account at at tdbank on line, BOA in my opinion losing customer service and my account, in person today to get my money , this is crazyÂ

Never have I ever felt more blown off in my life! This is not the Branch nor the bank to go to if you need help or have a question or even if you are new to the bank scene! This particular branch makes me feel I'm a peasants beneath them! Employees seemed bothered to answer a question! I'll be banking elsewhere from now onÂ
One other customer in there with an hour left. Refused to help. Told me to drive to another branch.Â
