I had an appointment at 1pm today. I was 5 minutes early. Stood for 5 minutes at the “help desk” no one said anything. Sat down in front of two managers. Neither acknowledged me. Or said someone will be right with you. This is very sad customer service.

I opened a business account, $100.00, sounded great, then had client deposit money, ok, then went to withdraw part, everything stopped with zelle, the VP Raphael should know, you need a different email or phone for business account, so 5 business days later, im being told I might wait 16 or more days, so, I'm opening account at at tdbank on line, BOA in my opinion losing customer service and my account, in person today to get my money , this is crazy
