Usually no wait... although they conducted sit down consultations at the windows often , making for long wait for times

I had an appointment at 1pm today. I was 5 minutes early. Stood for 5 minutes at the “help desk” no one said anything. Sat down in front of two managers. Neither acknowledged me. Or said someone will be right with you. This is very sad customer service.
