Anthony Aredundu was very courteous and professional. He assisted me with a cash advance from my credit card(which was higher than what I would use an ATM for). I went there today and the inside appeared to be well organized.
A fraudulent SECURE was issued Funds taken from checking and put on card stop and funds of $500, NOT transferred back to checking account. Have been back and forth different with representatives. The buck keeps being passed to someone in another state. I've spoken to NY, Cali, Nevada and Florida. This has occured since the September 8, 2026. It is now September 22, 2026. Never dealt such TERRIBLE service. They confirm the error but don't fix it. Asked for ESCALATIONS. To no avail.
