I had a business issue to resolve. I repeatedly called and emailed our bank representative but with no response for weeks. I ultimately asked my business partner to go into the branch and find out what was going on. He was informed by a different bank employee that our rep was in a training program for several weeks. I have used Bank of America my entire adult life and I am very disappointed with the service I received getting a home loan. I was very upfront with all details about the home I was purchasing from my mother and the fact that it was a 100 year old house that needed work done to it.
