The absolute worst bank in all of America and it’s not even close. Closing time? 4PM? Are you insane ? Change your name now. And your ATMs are all junk. How can one business be so horrible?Â

This Bank of America sucks. They never have my money available the next business day when a check is deposited. If you deposit a check Thursday afternoon you won’t receive it on Friday morning. Instead your money won’t show up till at least Tuesday afternoon the following week if you’re lucky. On top of that they’re always closed for some random ass reason. It’s a good reason to switch over to chase if you haven’t already Â
BofA fraud locks card after new card is issued (with wrong numbers) due to 2 attempts to charge $00.30 after I rejected charges they lock my card and don'tnotify me. On a trip trying to use card getting embarrassed everywhere being rejected for no known reason. On a trip and no time to deal with it so ended up using cash not supposed to be used. Get back and called BofA told wait time is 5 min 20 min later agent shows up but no data was transferred so 5 min of verify this and that check email & then a txt. Explain problem 3 ... read more
