Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received. I was dealing with a death in the family and trying to clear up some loose ends. I think she was the manager, but she wouldn't even help me. The branch at Belleair and Missouri has definitely gone down. They don't even deserve 1 star. I left and went to the branch on Gulf to Bay and it was like a totally different experience. That woman took me into her office, closed the door and talked to me.
We went on the day before Thanksgiving to open a new account. It was a flawless experience. We were greeted immediately by the Manager, and checked-in. Frances exceeded our expectations and explained everything so well and told us about the new account bonus eligibility requirements. Even though the branch was extremely busy, The Manager, Frances, and the Teller all handled everyone with ease.
