These crooks took my Cashier Check of $39,500 on 8/25/25 and the money still have not reached my account. Do Not do business with these money hungry crooks. You will Never get your money.They’re a bunch of Thieves and they will make money out of your hard earned money then maybe give it back to you. I have deposited over $10 million dollars since i opened my account and they’re still putting a hold on my checks so they can make some money out of my money.
Crystal at this branch is very helpful, kind and provides great customer service. Thankful to have found her at this branch. I'm updating this because I've received really great service at this branch from multiple folks. Daya helped me today and was a joy. The gentleman up front, Robbie, does the scheduling, what a help he is! I can go on and on. I go out of my way, I live in Goodlettesville now, and still come to this branch. Thank you all so much for taking care of your folks!!

Robby truly has turned things around for me with this bank! The branch manager at another location almost had me ready to change banks! He is a shining star !!! You guys should keep him if you value amazing employees and your customers!!!
My Grandmother and I are both done with this branch. We've had someone do business with us twice, they wouldn't honor the check being cashed either time. We closed out a safety deposit box today and I find the (I assume) Manager Jason to be rude and condescending every time we've talked to him. It's interesting to me, so many people working and yet we've had to wait every time for someone to come help us.
