If I lived in South Passadena as a resident in one of those really nice houses and wasn't merely a renter nearby who frequented the Publix and that bank tried to tell me to do business out of a trailer for months on end - I can't tell you how quickly I'd be closing out my Bank of America account. Confused why you all tolerate that. What we permit we promote.
This Bank of America is terrible, their service is not worth 1 star if I can give them negative stars. They told me if the check has two parties, I need both parties to sign, then I did both parties signed, then they rejected my deposit, they asked me to open an joint account with another party, then I can deposit. Worst bank ever !! terrible service! Always have to wait in line 20 to 30 min and no one answers the phone. Time to change your bus model and time for me to change banks
