Highest Fees and run out of a trailer over a year and a half after hurricanes. Did you know Bank of America is actually owned by the Fed aka Federal Reserve. What is their excuse for not doing waaay better?
This Bank of America location operates out of a trailer and offers no privacy whatsoever. Customers can clearly hear each other’s personal and financial information, which is extremely concerning—especially when handling large sums of money. The setup alone creates serious security and confidentiality issues. Our experience with Myrian Kiser, who identified herself as a relationship manager, was very disappointing. This particular BOA branch is one of the least professional I have ever been to. We have a business banking account with BOA and run millions through our account annually. We do construction and are required to handle third party mortgage checks. This is the only location I have ever ran into that would not let me complete the deposit. The manager refused to help and it was truthfully pathetic.
I think it's amazing that when other banks closed after the hurricane. Banks of America stepped up and opened. It might be a trailer in the back of the bank. But I'm so happy that there open ☺️. God bless you
