I just set up a new account a few days ago with Bank of America, coming over from Wells Fargo, and I had some security issues as far as provisioning of the account and was pretty frustrated, but Kristi and Evan were absolutely phenomenal even though I showed up 10 minutes before closing! Looking forward to my future with BofA
After more than two months of BOA investigating a check of ours that was undoubtedly intercepted and forged, I’m convinced BOA is committing outright theft of $2,750.00. What bank doesn’t credit a client’s account while investigating clear check fraud while to trying to secure the funds?? Bank of America is that bank. I was first told it would take 20 days to clear the investigation, then I heard 30, then 40, then 60. And now after 60 days, I’m hearing *90!* Why don’t you just tell me you stopped investigating this weeks ago... read more

This is the second time I been to this branch and have encountered the Manager, Kristi. She appears to be very stressed and that apparently causes her to be rude and dismissive. Her customer skills are absent. I will not be opening an account with Bank of America specifically because of this individual.
