Bank of America sucks. They love to stick you with fees.
Just wanted to say thank you again to Erica at the Brentwood, Tn Branch! Helped me figure out what my problem was and then took care of it in short order!!! This is far and away the highest level of Customer Service I've seen in a very long time. Y'all have a great and extremely valuable employee in her! Thank you Erica!
Hard to believe this place is still in business. I guess "Too Big To Fail" really means "Too Big To Care" 15 phone calls, no answer. 6 weeks to transfer funds. Can't wait to get as far away from these people as possible.
