This bank has had only a drive-thru service throughout the pandemic. This one customer has been at the window for more than 20 minutes now. Bank of America just don't care about their customers!!Â
This is the slowest bank EVER!!!!. We waited for quite a while in the drive through. There was an error in cash back so I went to go in the lobby because the line was long behind us in the drive through. IT WAS CLOSED.!!!! Unbelievable. Only 2 poor tellers trying to handle the steady stream of drive through. You never know if the drive through will be closed or the lobby. Very poor customer service for Bank Of America. Staff there has always been good to me. So not their fault .Â
This place is terrible! Look at the Reviews! Tear this place down and build a Chase BankÂ
