Absolutely the worst place I have ever experienced! There is only one person in there that is more often than not very pleasant. They only have one, maybe two tellers and unless it's the one I mentioned above you are not in for very pleasant experience. They don't care how long you have to wait. I've had to wait up to fifteen minutes without so much as a simple acknowledgment. If you can avoid going in there you'll be better off. STCU and Horizon Credit union are just down the street. Handle my business transactions at this branch and they're a great group of employees, especially Ms. Katie. I'm glad they're not trying to juggle the drive thru window any more.
I had to deal with an issue when someone fraudulently opened a B of A business checking account with my business information. B of A fraud department said I needed to go to a local branch and personally close the account. I was hesitant to go to this branch (closest to me) due to the bad online reviews.
