I’ve been with a Bank of America for over 40 yrs, then another 10yrs before they became a B of A. This branch’s manager is rude, almost beyond what I can explain. The poor man had to walk away from the break room to explain some questionable withdrawals from several accounts!! The way he spoke down to me was awful. It took all of 5 minutes. But I’ll never forget it. I’ve been at this branch 25 years. I literally will not go into this branch again. I’ll be moving our 5 accounts to another bank as soon as I can.
On 06/23/25, my wife and I met with Jordan Welter, a Merrill/Bank of America investment advisor at the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho branch of Bank of America on Canfield Ave. I explained to Jordan that I had recently sold a rental property that was held in the name of our family trust. I've been studying this for a long time, and I need to express my frustrations. My main complaint is that as a customer, I feel we're seen only as a source of profit for Bank of America. The rates keep increasing, and the cost of checks is getting ridiculous. It seems like the purpose is to take advantage of responsible customers who pay on time, focusing only on profit.
