This bank sucks! Takes forever for you money to clear your account. I deposited a check on th 14th and they said it would be available on the 18th, then on the 18th they changed it to the 21st wth are you guys lending my $ out to make a buck? My attorney said check cleared that account on the 14th so why don't I have my $$$. NEVER BANK HERE. Sad part is that don't even do anything about these comments. I'll get a comment back about how they value my business with a bs excuse but won't do anything about it
Worst location ever. I don't know how the employees are picked at this location, but it bust be all the rejects from the other branches. Tracy being the worst of them all. Needed something notarized and she didn't bother to read the document first. She just started crossing things out, and when confronted about it, she gives attitude. Who in the world goes and destroys someone’s document. I dont know who she knows to get that position, but she does not belong anywhere close to people or their documents.
This branch never ceases to amaze me. We walked in today and the consultant we dealt with to open our account saw us a greeted us once she was finished with her client. She showed real concern that my wife had broken her wrist. Even if it is just for the friendliness, I love popping in...
