This is the MOST CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY BANK I HAVE EVER TRIED YO USE! Wanted to charge an $8 fee to cash a check drawn on their bank and had the gall to tell me every bank does thus which is not true. It amazes me that they have always been this way and are still open! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPORE!!!

I have a birth certificate and I translation my birth certificate to English. I need the Bank notary my transcribed. The lady at the Bank denied to do that for me. She said she can’t do a copy. This is not a copy, I said this is a translation, I need you notary my signature but she still didn’t accept that.

Great experience in this bank. Looks outdated from the outside but beautiful clean and modern in the inside. There was a line when I entered which disappeared in a few minutes by employees helping out customers. Everyone was very nice, helpful and efficient. One of the best customer support what I experienced in a bank so far.

Stay away from this ATM frozen Spent almost 50 minutes infront of atm on the phone to file a calm still no credit have to wait after putting cash in what a great morning an experience with bank of america
