I can cash a check at a bank I've had for 18 years. I was told to somewhere else by associates 775. Absolutely pathetic.
All the 1 star reviews are because people dont understand how banks work and standard procedures. Ive used this bank a number of times typically on weekends when I can get to them. They have been nothing but pleasant. Extremely easy to work with, always greeting you with a smile. Quick, knowledgable and im back out the door.
I am in awe of how absolutely useless this bank and branch is. One would think I could be assisted with my Bank of America credit card, only to be told that it is basically another part of the bank and they can’t help me. At all. Just gleefully told me to call the useless 800 number that is impossible to communicate with a human. How is BOA so big when it sucks so bad?
This bank sucks! Takes forever for you money to clear your account. I deposited a check on th 14th and they said it would be available on the 18th, then on the 18th they changed it to the 21st wth are you guys lending my $ out to make a buck? My attorney said check cleared that account on the 14th so why don't I have my $$$. NEVER BANK HERE. Sad part is that don't even do anything about these comments. I'll get a comment back about how they value my business with a bs excuse but won't do anything about it
