Nice staff but it’s insane they will hold funds for a week plus when cashing certified funds. Plus here here is a regular wait at the atm at night.
Bank of America Sucks. Every time my husband goes in there to cash a check they say something is wrong with it. Every time every single check. All his customers are Bank of America customers and we have banked with them over 25 years. And all my husbands customers are rich so I know they are pulling a no cash check policy or something. They are pulling a scam. We are leaving and taking all our money out. No more business with them
They have a business client line they don’t care for. I got skipped over and over again until I finally said something. I was in here for 30 minutes longer than I should have been. The teller told me to use the regular line and they don’t know why they even have a business client line 🤦♂️
Manager, Antonio Altreche was there helpful and assisting a very confused dementia like patient with an issue that was very difficult. Kudos to this manager for his patience and his kindness towards his client.
