This would be a zero if it was allowed.The bank teller Raluca Ancetti was terrible and unprofesional in cashing a payroll check and called her manager Antonio Altreche for help. He was terrible and wasted my time. Overall, it took about 45 minutes just to cash a payroll check which I was right at the end. Don't go this located since the customer service is unprofessional and terrible.

Uninformed and too Lazy to research. In March, they denied my client's POA even though IT'S ALREADY ON FILE . Today, they told my client that check images can only be mailed. Isn't it 2026? The CEO banks $36,000,000 annually, surely there's enough money for technology upgrades at the teller and banker line to pull and print check images at the bank.
