A terrible bank ran by terrible people. Not much more to say.
I walked into this branch asking for help with a serious issue involving my account, explaining that I am currently dealing with a situation where a partner is improperly accessing or controlling funds. Instead of urgency or support, I was met with resistance and a complete lack of willingness to assist.
