[Oct. 2024 update] -- Things have gotten much worse for this branch... staff at this branch are hopelessly "over"worked and unmotivated, slow and minimally attentive, even when few customers are present. Previously, in years past, pretty much all BoA locations can handle competently is making simple deposits, or very simple withdrawals. Anything more than that, and they are very quickly overwhelmed. If you ever need a wire transfer set up, be prepared to spend an hour.... they exhaust very easily.

This bank is racist. Would not cash my check, would not give me a reason why, tried to gang up on me and push me out the door. Acted like I was doing something wrong for asking what policy was violated or what was the cause of not being verified. Was told to have my banking institution verify it. How is my bank able to verify YOUR check better than you. I offered the customers phone number, the writer of the check, they claimed they can't call and verify. Was pretty much pushed out the door, check not cashed, all written on ... read more
