I went to visit the bank to open accounts for one of my son's and one of my daughters and Jack Fletcher was great. He went above and beyond just opening up checking accounts for my children, he also gave them financial advice for the future. He talked about saving, building credit and the responsibility of having a credit card. Thank you so much for all your help and support with my children.

Really unfortunate exchange with a manager who said he didn't approve how I appeared I lieu of apology an for some reason a request foran appointment to open a safe deposit box has been postponed repeatedly for years.

[Oct. 2024 update] -- Things have gotten much worse for this branch... staff at this branch are hopelessly "over"worked and unmotivated, slow and minimally attentive, even when few customers are present. Previously, in years past, pretty much all BoA locations can handle competently is making simple deposits, or very simple withdrawals. Anything more than that, and they are very quickly overwhelmed. If you ever need a wire transfer set up, be prepared to spend an hour.... they exhaust very easily.
