Not open 24 hours first of all. Bank of America continues to try to do more with less. Much less. Fewer people, doing the jobs of more, means less support and less convenience for you, but they also charge more fees. You’re a number here, and across the brand. After losing my mother, I visited this branch to find out what else was needed to close her account, as I had already provided everything and it was still held up in Estate Services. I was asked if I had an account with them, which I don’t, and was informed that it is so much easier if I had an account and they could get me set up quickly. I was appalled by their attempt to take advantage of the death of my mother to open a new account. Completely classless.
