I’m not usually one for bad reviews, but this was my worst experience ever with a bank. My account was set up improperly and resulted in an account closure within 8 days and have had hundreds of thousands of dollars held up for over a month now with a SAR filed, which could’ve all been avoided. I would personally recommend going to a local branch such as Pinnacle, etc where I’ve had nothing but positive things to say and have not had an issue since they set up my account and had everything filed correctly from the beginning ... read more
Bank of America never answers their phone. They refuse to cash check written on their bank. They refuse to even check or call to verify the check. I have never seen such a lazy group of people.
