I would give zero stars if that were an option. Ashley is extremely rude, condescending and completely incompetent. I went in for a Custodial probate account and she told me the money was in a different account! This was after waiting even though I had an appointment. Wethersfield BOA is fantastic! They have my business.
Rude and very unprofessional staff. The manager told me to go to another bank to get a document notarized. They clearly don't know how to treat customers who have been with BOFA for over 20 years!
