Rude and very unprofessional staff. The manager told me to go to another bank to get a document notarized. They clearly don't know how to treat customers who have been with BOFA for over 20 years!

I can honestly say Ashley- the senior manager has great customer service. My husband and I went with the intentions of opening a joint account and she was so helpful throughout the process. She's honestly amazing! I did notice a few people left reviews below mines for lack of customer service and waiting when scheduling an appointment. I had to wait after being told to come at 11am, but my husband and I waited patiently because we are the ones that need the service.
