I’d like to express my thanks and praise of two associates, Christine & James, at the Newington Ct Bofa branch 1220 Main Street. Over the last few weeks they’ve handled several disparate situations for me in the most knowledgable, patient and professional manner. From closing a lost credit card and expediting a new one, to correcting a bill-to problem, to educating me on various services and banking procedures they are tops! Additionally, I’ve found the management and employees at this branch to be stellar.
