Bad customer service. I couldn’t walk in to update my credit card so I had to wait two days for an appointment. When I finally made it there, I spoke to Olga, a nice lady from Africa. I believe she was new because she had to check in with her supervisor several times during our appointment. I had a name change and she couldn’t get it done by herself.
