This location opens when it wants! They don’t abide by the hours of operation whatsoever. Horrible for the business
Bad customer service. I couldn’t walk in to update my credit card so I had to wait two days for an appointment. When I finally made it there, I spoke to Olga, a nice lady from Africa. I believe she was new because she had to check in with her supervisor several times during our appointment. I had a name change and she couldn’t get it done by herself. I provided all the documents and she seemed to have accepted it and told me that my new card would be mailed to me. In a week, I received a letter from the bank stating that the... read more
