Bank of America is impersonal and simply a corporate machine ran by human robots reading from a screen. When their positions are replaced by AI they should not feel surprised at all. I recently deposited a check written by a Bank of America account holder and they are holding said check for a week. They said it was to protect me and that when you deposit a check with BoA it is transacted by a third party even when it is from an account within. Totally illogical, unreasonable, and impersonal. I miss good customer service.
WORST BRANCH of BOA EVER!! Don’t waste your time here. We made an appointment for a notary and after making us wait 20 minutes, we were told they could not help us because their system is down. How do you need a system to witness two signatures? These people have no idea what they’re doing. Wasted trip and wasted time. Now we are racing to find a notary elsewhere. We are switching banks!!
I make work deposits regularly here, and I'm always greeted with a smile and the girls checking how I'm doing and how the business is doing. I'm usually helped by either Elizabeth or Jenna (the blonde manager) both of them are always courteous and help me with a smile even when I'm having them make 3-4 deposits, make change, and get night deposit receipts even when they are at peak business hours!
I do not normally write bad reviews, but the time and travel warranted it. We are Preferred Platinum Honors Members and needed to deposit a third party check. Used the app to look up third party checks.. its give a list of check types deposited. It says go to a financial center to complete in person for a third party check.. also called and talked to customer service.
