I agree with the other poster. Colin is helpful but Sydney is definitely rude and not interested in helping anyone.
They are not interested in helping you at all!! I called to speak with a human being about my bank account, and instead of helping me, she transferred me over to be put on hold indefinitely! I’m so disappointed in this branch and Bank of America’s lack of customer service!!! No excuse!!
