I now understand, this location will soon be permanently closed. The next available locations are in CdA or Liberty Lake, Wa (out of state). As a 30+ year customer, it's obviously time for a change.
They have always taken care of my needs and were always friendly. The hours open could be longer, but the people are good.
Customer service is fantastic at the Coeur d'Alene branch on Appleway. The other branch, the people are all about money, business and aren't very friendly.
Seems as though the hrs have changed, not sure because they dont seem to let customers know..been with them for about 15 yrs, 7yrs with a buisness acct. Out of nowhere they started placing 24hr holds on all deposits..small buisness and that really hurts..not good
