I was having trouble accessing my account because my ID expired. John, the manager, walked me through step by step and helped me get my digital card and verified my identity digitally. Most places these days wouldn’t go through the trouble to help. This was an incredible experience. And as a bonus they have a very nice interior. Thank you 🙏🏻
Staff were rude when I tried to make a withdrawal from my own account
Charged an $8 fee to cash one of their shady members checks, how is this bank still in business, I feel bad for any of you that use this bank!
I think this must be what a bank was like long ago.....Super friendly and helpful service from EVERYONE there. Short wait time, very professional service. We worked with Andres Pena Arnal on several things for my teenage daughter and he was extremily helpful. I would also give a shout out to John Farag, the Manager. As soon as I walked in the door I was helped and attended quickly. It was one of the best experiences I have had with BOA very clean and organized. Jeremiah and CJ did an amazing job helping me out and giving me a clear understanding of what I needed I will definitely visit this bank again !!
