Went to have some papers notarized and the parking lot was full of drug paraphernalia and tampons. Do better Bank of America.
Only doing the one star because I tried to withdraw money from my account but the neither the young lady at the window or the manager were able to help me in any way , I didn’t make any error, my pin was correct and they said my account was blocked for putting in my pin. Also coming from 4 hours away to buy a vehicle and for this to happen at this moment 😕 it’s disappointing
I don’t come here often, but I always have to wait in line at the box office for a long time. There are always about 4-6 employees, of whom only one sits at the cash register and works slowly. The rest just want from corner to corner and pretend to be working. If you’re in a hurry to do something at the cash desk, it’s better to find another more working department.
