This bank is the worst ever. The manager and the tellers are unhelpful. The manager is like a statue, unresponsive when i ask for assistance, very unprofessional and rude. It's the worst service I have ever seen. I've had very high expectations for this bank. I will be closing my bank accounts soon because of how rude and irresponsible these people are. I go to this bank last week .this bank staff is trash .no customer service attitude staff working there .they need to clean that staff .they don’t need to be there .very very very bad service.never go in life to that bank again ..they need to fix that staff.get new workers there .thats why I don’t like to give no star Att all .
This bank of america is trash, from the tellers to the manager. I go in to deposit a check they tell me I can't deposit it. I go around the corner different bank of america no problems. It's the workers for me smh.
