This branch needs to be closed down! The manager does not care, they always only have 1 teller and each time I am there the manager is just standing there looking. The cusromer service here really sucks! I will never bank here for my personal use.
They will make you wait 30 minutes stay away from this branch absolutely the worst branch to be honest they should just close this location. Destroying the reputation of Bank of America.
I scheduled meeting last Friday and when I arrived this morning no one was aware of it !! They have a lackadaisical approach to your needs.From looking at the other reviews I can see the complaints I experienced them as well 1st hand .
I would like to share that on Monday my son and my self went in the bank to withdraw money from my Sons bank account to purchase something that he had been wanting and saving for for years , both of us have been BOA customers for years and when we went in there he was asked so many questions about why he wanted that money mind you he’s not asking for a loan it’s his money what he dos with it is his business had his debit card his ID and still the teller gave him hell plus never called a manager to approve the amount asked us... read more
