NEVER answers the phone, employees act they are inconvenienced by customers coming in and they randomly hold money, for no reason. The last is a company wide thing, but the most irritating and inconvenient! A check that has already cleared the writer’s bank, should NOT have to be held for extra multiple days!!! Why is it ALWAYS places at these ghetto locations no matter who you’re calling for help they NEVER pick up the phone… you can’t be so busy that you don’t pick up a phone that’s been ringing for 30 minutes. You people just DONT want to work. They seriously hire anybody these days and judging by other reviews this bank is complete trash, even worse customer service because it either doesn’t exist or it’s bad. Do better!
Came in and tried to cash a check. Sophia was very rude to me and would not accept my ID. Furthermore she was very unprofessional and condescending. I do not recommend this branch to anyone. Do not bank here.
