This bank has been closed since March. I can never get into my safety deposit box until 3 business days. I want to close this stupid box that I pay for out. But I can't get in touch with anyone!Â
Horrible experience ever. I tried to Deposit a check from my title company who also banks with them and the supervisor said that this check is not good so I Went back out to my car and got my title company’s telephone number and while I was on the phone with them and tried to go back to this bank so my fidelity person on my cell can tell the supervisor that this check is good, it was literally 4:02, in 2 minutes they had already shut the office down and won’t let me in.
