I have been with Bank of America for over 20 years. I needed information on my account due to a legal matter and I was told I needed to make an appointment. I did so for the very next day and was there on time for my appointment and the individual refused to see me. I had to miss work for this mind you! They took the documents I brought with me said they would share with their legal department and that was it.
