I’ve been banking with BOA for 7yrs and I have a business account and personal account. Both opened with the branch in Franklin, Tn. I had a scheduled appointment and brought the documents they requested, but I encountered rudeness and blatant disrespect from two employees, Dianne Johnson and Tatiana Figueroa.
