I would give it 6 stars if I could. As an international student, I went to open an account and it was seamless. Melvin attended to me at the entrance and transferred me to Kris Brown the relationship officer who walked me through the process of creating my account. He was kind enough to explain every detail. Every time I come into this bank Melvin greets me like I am his favorite customer. His attention to detail and his professional mannerisms, set him apart. We are A small business banking at Bank of America I occasionally go to get some change for our establishment. I have been to this location a few times in the past and they provide me with an excellent service and unfortunately this time I entered the bank as always and I didnāt bring my identification because usually the teller never asked me if I am only getting Change, Not sure if the manager at this location is having a bad day, but he was unprofessional when I informed him that previously never asked for it .
