Far better banks exist. Use a credit union and get far better rates!! ATMs are hard to reach for many cars. The front ATM was moved indoors which makes zero sense. Dropping this low value, poor service branch after decades of use. The service line management at this unit is always confused and slow. You may find you have been passed over for others who just walked in and there is no regard for your standing with the bank. Dropped this bank.
Worst location. Only one teller is available and they won’t let you log in your account by the app. What’s the point of telling your customers to use the BoA app but they can’t log in at the branch.
i've been a customer for 15+ years, the home loan place here don't know what they're doing. very unprofessional and unwilling to solve my problems. i'll switch my bank in the future.
I had a great experience with Sangah Seo today while opening a credit card for my husband. She also helped me with my card six months ago. She is very kind and professional—she even taught me how to use the bank's app and handled everything quickly. Being able to communicate in Korean made the whole process so much easier.
