I've been a long time Bank of America customer. This location is very poorly managed and very poorly run. I went to set up a checking account from my son last week and it took one and a half hours. They couldn't get their systems to work and couldn't seem to open a simple checking account. I then schedule an appointment to open up investment accounts for my children. ATM frequently don’t work. hours are very inconvenient. They have even removed the walk up ATM. Very limited services available inside. Update: Visited after almost a year hoping they have improved. But unfortunately no. Management does not care. 1 teller with no backup.
1 person as a teller and 5 people standing around claiming to help and not doing anything but small talk. Completely mismanaged and clueless.
Just had such a subpar experience at this Bank of America location. There’s only 1 teller and we waited for the customer in front of us to get their work done. When they left, we waited for the teller to call the next customer, but the teller paid no attention to us. She was talking to other employees in the back with her so after a few seconds we just walked up to the window. Even then, the teller made no eye contact or any acknowledgement of our presence.
