Note to self: if you bring coins inside to convert to dollar bills, only the teller can do that. If the teller is on lunch, there is no one else in the building who can help. You will be asked by three people how you are doing, but none of them will be able to help. The only answer is, “You can wait until she comes back from lunch.” And that could be anywhere from 10-20 mins. Fascinating business model in 2026! Updated: the teller was very nice and helpful once in the chair. Not taking staffing issues out on her.
