Andres Herrera, what an amazing service...he helped us opening a new business account, very friendly, enthusiastic and great customer service.
This place is a joke I wasted a whole day trying to talk to someone of them regarding a credit card and they kept pushing me away with wait and someone will be with you in few minutes and nothing happened. So take your business elsewhere.
It was my big mistake to open my account here the worst American bank I ever seen in my life bad staff behaviour and they hold my check for 3 week for no reason just because I am new with them like what the hell! My advice is never choose it you will regret later
All around great experience! In closing my mothers account after her passing. The staff was great and caring during the many trips I had to make to do all the processing. The final visit to close her account Eric the branch manager was awesome and so helpful. THANK you!
My parents went this morning to get helped to do a wire and help with their debit card , had to wait 45 minutes to get help and the BCM and banker went back and forth for so long they left and went somewhere else and got helped This branch needs to do better
