I had a appointment today and I am giving Yanita 5 stars ( I hope I wrote her name correctly)
This is the closest branch to my house. The associates speak multiple languages and are able to assist in Spanish and English. They also have a couple of notaries which is great as sometimes is hard to find a notary. The nortary service is free of charge for bank clients. I've visited a few times and there's little wait time. There is plenty of parking space and they have drive-thru ATMs. The location is also good, it's close to the highway, there a shopping center nearby and multiple stores.
