This is the closest branch to my house. The associates speak multiple languages and are able to assist in Spanish and English. They also have a couple of notaries which is great as sometimes is hard to find a notary. The nortary service is free of charge for bank clients. I've visited a few times and there's little wait time. There is plenty of parking space and they have drive-thru ATMs. The location is also good, it's close to the highway, there a shopping center nearby and multiple stores.Â

I had an appointment for a Saturday morning to discuss the Bank of America preferred rewards program. I had the appointment for at least a week. I came in and was told the person I had an appointment with doesn't come in on Saturdays, but that they would call me later that same day to reschedule. I never got a call. No information on why my appointment was confirmed if that was the case and why it wasn't canceled.Â
