Y'all literally have a vault of cash, why no BOFA location can have more than 1 person working at a time is beyond me. I only go because my work uses this bank. I shouldn't wait 30 minutes to deposit $5Ā

If I could give 0 stars to Melissa at this branch I would. I came in for a cashiers check to pay my rent . I Suppose that I look as if I should not have the amount of money that was in my bank account to her , as the first thing she asked once I was told to sit in her chair and she looked at the amount was ā do you always have to pay using a cashiers checkā.
