Terrible service from both the worker and the manager, I arrived at the place before 4pm and left after 6pm, the manager is just as incompetent as her workers, I went to make an international transfer and the lady who didn't know how to do it sent it wrong, about 3 of her colleagues approached and no one helped her, the manager wanted to refund me the amount they charged me by mistake and that I should leave and fix the problem myself, which I ended up solving myself because I called the service department in front of them t... read more
Wish I could rate their customer service lower than this. I had an appointment, they were running behind, no updates given for wait times. In addition there was no seating and the people at customer service watch you stand ...no offering to bring the empty chairs in their cabins. No courtesy at all. Please take your business elsewhere.
Always short staffed, just to do basic business banking needs 20 minutes or more.
