This bank when compared to other banks nearby, is poor when it comes to friendliness. Though I don't come.here to look for friends but I can't help but to compare after banking with wells Fargo and chase for a long time. It wouldn't hurt to smile and look people in the eye. I come here almost daily depositing for western union. I've given them a month to see if maybe I just haven't given them enough time. Bank is good but not much better as your expectations…!
Don’t open any accounts with bank of America no matter how good of a customer you are they’ll close your accounts without giving you any notice and freeze them without explanation. This is bull crap unfair business and unprofessional untrustworthy and if I could give them minus 10000 stars I would. Don’t deal with these people,
