I’ve gotten $60 worth of quarter rolls and nearly all of them had a nickle instead of only quarters in them.
They were 45 minutes late for our scheduled appointment. We have a confirmation and they said we don't have you in our system.. oops wrong system she said. Unbelievable

Excellent customer service. The branch Manager Jason is a true gentleman and dedicated to providing the best possible service. He never fails to exceed the expectations for all our personal and business financial needs. All their employees deserve the 5 star rating as well. Also they have the best credit card rewards system. I have been a customer of Bank of America 2007 and they have always exceeded my expectations.
