UPDATE - So apparently everyone at Bank of America is “apologetic” and “understand my frustration” for my situation, but despite the lack of communication about their own policies by both a teller and a manager, they can’t/wont/refuse to do anything about it. I had a frustrating experience at the front desk with a new employee and their manager. They refused to count my dollar coins and instead made me put them into rolls myself. Even after I rolled them, they didn’t bother to count them and just took my word for it. In the end, they gave me extra money because they didn’t want to do their job properly. The attitude was unprofessional and rude—this is a bank, counting money should be part of the job!
