This place is trash, they stop servicing customers 45 minutes before the time the store suppose to close. Their reasoning is because they have to be out by closing time. I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager EVA also confirmed that there was only 45 mins left and they didn’t have time to assist me.
Went in to close my accounts and they never closed both accounts
非常糟糕的一天，我的手机银行登录不了过去咨询，当时柜台三个窗口都没有客人，三个工作人员都在聊天，并且用的是中文，我就过去想问下怎么回事，结果被告知不能跟她们讲中文，只能用English ，说了三遍，后来我就用英文问了，她说这个要去前台问，我就去了，也是用的中文，那个人非常nice，还告诉我应该怎么做，我问完道了谢就走了，然后我又回头问了他，是不是你们这里窗口柜台只能说英文，他说不是的，没有这回事，那就是欺负我咯，如果我不懂英文是不是我就什么都不能办了什么都做不了了，以前从未试过这种情况，真的好的天气心情糟糕透了
Horrible experience. Went in to withdraw funds and close the account because I was reorganizing my finances and they told me I had to wait an hour. The process takes less then 5 minutes. Any chance of me reopening my BOA account in the future died today.
