Years go by and this continues to be the worst agency in the state!!! 35 minutes before the agency closed, the cashier said that he could not solve my problem because the agency would close soon.Â
Them folks discriminated against blacks that Asian man looked at me and wouldn’t even cash my check because of the amount. I went to another branch on Adam’s street they were so nice and cashed my check with no problem.Â
This place is trash, they stop servicing customers 45 minutes before the time the store suppose to close. Their reasoning is because they have to be out by closing time. I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager EVA also confirmed that there was only 45 mins left and they didn’t have time to assist me.Â
Went in to close my accounts and they never closed both accountsÂ
