I went there to open my fist bank account. Mrs.Janice was the best person! She helped me, was very professional but kind while doing so. Definitely recommend the bank and her!

No wonder this NQ location has 2.5 overall ratings. I feel it: the receptionist was not engaged and enthusiastic at all. I will never go back to this NQ location again.
