I had a great experience at Bank of America today with Jackson Wang. He was very patient and professional, helped me quickly cancel the maintenance fee on my bank account, and also provided helpful advice. Highly recommend!
No wonder this NQ location has 2.5 overall ratings. I feel it: the receptionist was not engaged and enthusiastic at all. I will never go back to this NQ location again.
Years go by and this continues to be the worst agency in the state!!! 35 minutes before the agency closed, the cashier said that he could not solve my problem because the agency would close soon.
Them folks discriminated against blacks that Asian man looked at me and wouldn’t even cash my check because of the amount. I went to another branch on Adam’s street they were so nice and cashed my check with no problem.
