From counting my kids pennies to helping me and my wife with our checking accounts the staff in Lincoln has been nothing but kind and courteous. Specifically with the kids, they are so patient and kind to them.
Rude and unaccommodating staff.
Worse customer service that I have experienced.....Closed local branch, extremely long wait time (> 45min.) on phone without being answered. I have been a customer with BofA for over 40 years and I think it's time to switch to a more customer aware bank. One star is an over statement!
