Huge line to do a simple deposit. Very disappointing.
The worst service I have ever experienced. I swear, as I’m writing this, I was standing in a long line and even the two women behind me were saying they hate coming here. The service is terrible. The business line is always closed, my checks are constantly delayed, and the employees move like they don’t care at all—about you or your business. Absolutely horrible. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I haven’t had very good experiences at this bank. They have only one notary, and even if you set an appointment, you’re waiting another hour which interferes with other appointments, I understand we are a sanctuary city,, However, I’ve experienced reverse discrimination here at this location. It saddens me. I think everyone should be treated equal and I do not believe in preferential treatment. It seems to have taken an awful turn.
This Branch has amazing customer service. I really appreciate there help. After 1 bad experience at a different branch this location went out of there way kudos to this branch.
