The wait was ridiculous. After waiting all that time, I still couldn't cash my check. If you don't have an account with them, they only allow you to cash a limited amount, even when the check is issued by their own bank. It was very frustrating, and I wish this policy had been made clear before I waited so long.

I don't know about everyone else experiences at this bank but I had a notary service today and Claudia was Amazing with notary service she provided me with. And double checked my paper work to make sure everything is correct. I would highly recommend her if anyone needs notary service at this location. Also maybe try to schedule an early appointment if you can. Imo that's the best way to beat a crowded/busy bank hours.
Huge line to do a simple deposit. Very disappointing.
