Went on a less busy day to get my debit card done. Had to wait a bit as the bankers were out for lunch, but the associate that helped me, Vincente, was INCREDIBLY helpful. Can't speak for the rest of the staff as I didn't interact much with them, but Vincente was very patient and thorough with answering all my questions, troubleshooting, and walking through how to work features on my BoA app. He did not need to explain things in such details with me and keep up such a friendly and helpful attitude while doing so, so 10/10 cu... read more
