This Branch has amazing customer service. I really appreciate there help. After 1 bad experience at a different branch this location went out of there way kudos to this branch.Â
Reputation of BoA is true. They have bad customer service. Will take my money elsewhere. They aren’t open on Saturday like google and the location says it is. I drove an hour to go here because it says it’s open. I’ve made an official complaint with corporate. They promised actions will be taken. Up to termination. .Â
