If I could rate this BOA A zero I would I’ve had nothing but problems with this bank I’m always getting fraud detected on my debit card and they expect the customer to order themselves a debit card because their customer service supposedly can’t why am taking time out of my busy life by doing their job ordering myself a new debit card and or checks and management at this location has always been rude to me. Visited this branch recently with a family member who holds an account & it was a very uncomfortable experience overall. The first employee we dealt with was Jemmina, who was rude & dismissive. She also said she was going to charge my family member for the transaction, despite them never being charged any other time they did the same transaction. We ended up needing to see another employee who was a little bit better, and didn't charge for the transaction, but she too was not welcoming at all. Essentially this branch is nice... read more
Catalina is INCREDIBLE!!! I stopped by yesterday with a few minutes to spare before they closed panicking as my funds were mismanaged by another bank, and within minutes she had everything taken care of and was so incredibly kind.
Long wait with one teller working the line and a rude teller from Europe who ultimately slammed my cash on the counter after she miscalculated the amount I originally asked for in a withdrawal.
