This branch used to be a favorite till after the experience I had today. Ive been coming to this branch for 2 years. Always the same process. Love it. We'll today they gave me he'll not professional at all. Alva Gonzalez reasured me I would have the same experience at another location. Well kudos to the Branch at town center I didnt have the same experience and they where the best. I just didnt understand customer service has gone out the door however the branch at town center has giving me hope.Â
Terrible service. Line out the door and 2 tellers. Waited in line 25 minutes for the one teller to just walk away and leave only one. Of course the customer is taking forever and they still just make you wait. There should be more tellers on a Friday. Im going to be late for work. Shame on this branch.Â

CARD SKIMMING ACTIVE. AT 9PM ON 7/1 ATM MACHINES WERE ACTIVELY SKIMMING CARDS!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY DO NOT CHECK THEIR MACHINES FOR SKIMMINGÂ
