The teller's attitude and customer service made me feel horrible
What can I say… It just doesn’t get any worse than this branch and I’ve been to virtually all of them multiple times. Upon entering the manager gave me a dirty look. The teller (forgot to get her name) also had a frown, was impolite and wasn’t able to perform a simple transaction. The offices were dark and empty. It looked more like a Saturday night live Halloween skit about a zombie bank. Just shut this branch down and put it out of it’s misery. It has no customers anyway.
Hiko Ohhata is the best staff that I’ve worked with. She is patient and detail-oriented.
