No costumer service, save yourself some time and don’t go. Ninel turned me away for a service the BOA hotline says he should do. I went to another branch and they helped me super fast.
Looking at previous comments, I think they have taken the necessary steps to improve their services. I made an appointment to go in on Saturday and the entire process went pretty smoothly
