Avoid at all costs. I’ve never felt more neglected by a bank with service that continues to disappoint. On top of the representative deleted an active debt card causing massive confusing and messing up a majority of my payments on monthly bills. I don’t even leave reviews but this was insane.
Only one teller inside. It took the teller 30 mins with multiple supervisors looking over her shoulder to service one single customer. If you have a trainee in front desk, at least add another experienced teller in the shift. This is ridiculous, one of the biggest bank in the country and this branch is run like an under staffed food truck. To the bank manager, get your house in order! People don't have all day.
I was just in an accident in the bank’s parking lot and cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone to get the parking attendants information as a witness
This could just be an ATM and we would miss nothing. These people are just collecting money, not serving customers.
