This a review on the behalf of my brother in law, awful service my brother in law is affected by how slow an ineffective the loan application program is, they run his credit score and lost his loan applications for 5 weeks. For five weeks he was left in the dark this also affecting me avoid Bank of America for business!.
Far from great ….that is wild …those guys wasted my time for 5 weeks , provided me with NO Solution and expect me to wait for their service even more. They act like BANKSTERS ,knowing that we depend on them ,I know it wasn’t incompetence, It was a deliberate and well cut tailor response… Bring your business elsewhere, BOA sucks big time and I ll look around for less sucky bank to do business with!
Awful experience!!! I came from Malden redirected to this branch for my business needs ..I have a business account with BofA for 6 years with great balance and I applied for line of credit $25k . This happened 5 weeks ago they never contacted me back regarding the status application despite my several attempts to call the bank associate Lamya ; what a shame for a big bank , they run my personal credit and that should not have been like than !
