This it's my first time visit to back off America. As soon as I entered I got help from the person in charge. I have deposited my cheque easily and while depositing I had online chatting with customer service guy who help in the whole time and very useful for the customer to do banking here. It is very noticeable from normal traffic.
I called the Kendall Square financial center branch in advance to make an appointment to perform a wire transfer into escrow. I had scraped together all liquid assets into my Bank of America account (as opposed to my other banks) and wanted to transfer the funds into escrow to close the deal on my forever home.
