I stood in line only to find out the ATM would have been a better option and much faster. I needed to cash a check, the teller informed me it could only be deposited. He said I can do a certain amount in cash, which came from a withdrawal from my account. Which caused my account to overdraft. I wasted my lunch time for this.
I've been a Bank of America customer for decades. A business as well as a personal account. I spent hours trying to make a transfer, but to no avail. I visited the Rancho Mirage branch on Monterey and spoke with a so-called business specialist, who assured me it would be handled after a 24 hour period, and to contact that person if it didn't happen.
